This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Dexlift, a suite of Telegram trading simulation bots, a web app and a website (“Dexlift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy describes what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

By accessing or using Dexlift, whether via the website or our Telegram bots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Dexlift services.

1. Age Restriction

Dexlift is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or request information from anyone under 18. If we learn that information has been collected from a user under 18, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

Dexlift is built with a privacy-first approach. We do not intentionally collect or store personal data beyond what is needed to deliver the service.

Information That May Be Processed While using the Service, certain technical identifiers may be visible or transmitted:

• Telegram user identifier (user ID and/or username) for bot interaction and order tracking

• Blockchain wallet addresses for payment processing

• Public blockchain transaction data for payment confirmation

• Order details and service configuration settings

Information We Do Not Collect

• Private keys or seed phrases

• Wallet balances or transaction histories beyond payment confirmation

• Personal identification documents

• Email addresses or phone numbers (unless voluntarily provided for support)

• IP addresses or location data, except as processed by website analytics (see section 5)

• Browsing history outside the Dexlift website

Deployer & Bundler Wallets Wallets generated or funded through the Token Deployer & Bundler Bot are controlled by you. Their keys are delivered to you inside the bot session and are not retained by Dexlift after the session ends. Please export and store them safely, as you are responsible for them.

We don’t use collected identifiers to track individual users or build profiles. Website analytics only measure overall usage, as described in section 5.

3. How We Use Information

Processed information is used only for operational purposes:

• Processing and delivering orders

• Confirming payment transactions

• Tracking referral activity

• Providing customer support

• Preventing fraud and abuse

• Maintaining service functionality and performance

We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose unrelated to service delivery.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties, except as follows:

• Service Providers: We may share limited technical data with infrastructure providers needed to operate the Service, bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Blockchain Networks: Transaction data is inherently public on blockchain networks and visible to anyone.

• Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dexlift, our users, or others.

The Dexlift website may use cookies or local storage to:

Third-Party Analytics We may use industry-standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand website usage patterns and improve service performance. These tools are run by third parties and are subject to their own privacy policies. Dexlift does not control and is not responsible for the data collection practices of these third-party services. By using our website, you consent to the use of such tools in line with standard industry practices. We never share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

Dexlift does not store personal data from the bots beyond active sessions. Temporary technical data, such as messages sent to our Telegram bots, is not kept, logged, or archived after the session ends. Website analytics data is handled by the analytics provider, as described in section 5.

Order records may be kept for accounting, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention purposes.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable security measures to protect information during transmission and processing:

• Encrypted communications (TLS/SSL) between clients and servers

• Secure payment address generation

• Access controls limiting data access to authorized systems

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Since Dexlift keeps very little personal data, you stay in control of your information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to information we hold about you

• Request correction or deletion of your information

• Object to or restrict certain processing activities

The Service interacts with third-party platforms including Telegram, DexMoji, the Solana, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Robinhood Chain and Arc networks, and various DEX and liquidity platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

Dexlift is available to users in many countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of any technical data in line with this Policy and applicable law, even if your local privacy regulations differ.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

Dexlift provides services on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties about the security or privacy of information transmitted over the internet or blockchain networks. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of Dexlift is at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your own devices, wallets, and credentials secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
